  • Hello!
A week-end in Holland with Weekendesk [CONTEST – NOW CLOSED ]
January 27, 2017

Three weeks ago, I got the chance to take a much needed week-end break in Holland, in The Hague to be precise. This was made possible thanks to Weekendesk and the amazing Savarin Hotel & Spa.

Some of you might have heard of Weekendesk but if not, it’s a travel company that offers thematic trips and weekends in different European countries. And together with them, we have a little surprise for you at the end of this post!

So as I was writing, a break was much needed at the time we were looking for a little getaway, so when our eye stumbled upon the “spa” word, we didn’t search much further. And God knows it was the right choice, the place is a little cocoon of comfort and bliss.

We started off by visiting Delft on our way from Brussels to The Hague — more about that in an upcoming post with all the cool spots in Delft & The Hague — in the freezing cold. Not to mention snow. So when we arrived at Savarin, diving in the heated pool and enjoying the the amazing spa facilities was pretty close to heaven.

We then went out in the city to have dinner in a pretty original restaurant (more on that soon as well) and bac to the hotel where we slept in the most comfy bed ever. The next morning, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with everything you could dream of (plus a few dutch delicatessen like pâté and chocolate vermicelli… well, not together though) and ended up our stay in the most perfect way. We got a massage. I know, we really went all in.

Simply put, it was a very relaxing week-end that I wish could

If you kept reading until here and are dreaming of that little spa retreat, we’re getting to the good stuff. Indeed, together with Weekendesk, we’re offering a spa week-end at Hotel Savarin for two, to one of you guys! The pack includes: the family suite, the breakfast and an unlimited access to the spa.
